Awesome house, property, and location. Overall, more than we expected! Figuring out some of the tech at the home may take a little while if you're not savvy! But, once you get it figured out, its very convenient! We will definitely be back!

We had a great time in a wonderful location. Mitch, the owner was attentive as needed. The home has everything we needed in a beautiful setting. The beds were very comfortable, the beach was great, and despite its somewhat isolated location, there are several services nearby including a nice grocery and restaurants nearby.

Great place, well maintained by an organized and attentive owner. Nicely appointed kitchen, large bedrooms with very comfortable beds. A great location with a Sandy bottom beach (after about ten feet of rocks) and a nice dock. Plenty of space both inside and outside.

We enjoyed our time on Grand Lake. This house has it all! Plenty of towels and linens, strong internet, great laundry and kitchen appliances. A large driveway. Friendly and quiet neighbors. Our family (11 of us) enjoyed the large kitchen - which is fully stocked with pots, pans and other helpful appliances. The back of the house is lined with picturesque views overlooking the lake - and we all easily fit in the house. Plus, with Woody's just around the corner, we enjoyed a few nights out for dinner too! The deck seating along the back of the house was so nice, and we had fun watching the hummingbirds visit the planters each evening. The sandy-bottomed Grand Lake is a perfect tubing and swimming lake. Fossil hunting and shallow waters out in front of the house make it a really fun experience for families with multi-age family members. You'll also enjoy seeing float boats, jet skis, paddle boarders and kayakers too! Our contact for the property, Mitch, was fabulous! He was there to make sure our stay was perfect on every level. (Our only small recommendations would be to have one more large trash can on site, and to upgrade a few of the mattresses.) PS: We caught perch, walleye and catfish in the Grand Lake waters. AND, WE SAW Bald Eagles too!
